This cover is designed to meet the obligations under UAE Federal Law No. (8) of 1980 against work related death, disabilities, specified industrial diseases, loss of wages and reimbursement of medical expenses.
The policy can be extended to include Employer's Liability Extension to protect against claims brought against the employer by the employees under Common Law or Shariah Law.
