With Masters degree in marketing management, Afzal is professionally trained in Life insurance, Mortgage & Loans, Pension and Taxation. He has traveled to almost 50 countries around the world and is a specialist in designing innovative training and selling skill modules and role play videos and other field sales management tools. He has to his credit a total of 24 years of insurance experience of which 12 years in the UK insurance market. Prior to joining NGi in the year 2005 Afzal was employed by ALICO as Country Head of Sales & Marketing in Pakistan and was responsible for planning sales strategies and developing branch network in that country. Afzal also worked with EFU in Pakistan for 4 years upto years 2000.
At NGi, Afzal is responsible for conceiving business plan for all life insurance products and implementing strategies to build a network of sales centres, recruitment and developing human resources in the life department.
